The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) in the Kwahu West Municipality has issued a strong warning to drivers and hotel operators to strictly observe fire safety measures ahead of this year’s Kwahu Easter celebrations. He advised hotel operators to ensure the availability of functional fire extinguishers on their premises, while drivers are also encouraged to equip their vehicles with basic fire safety tools. According to the commander, these precautionary measures are crucial as the Kwahu Easter festivities attract large crowds, increasing the risk of fire incidents if safety protocols are ignored.
