The Municipal Chief Executive of the Ablekuma West Municipal Assembly, Hon. George E. Kpakpo Allotey, together with the Assistant Director of the National Disaster Management Organisation, attended the burial ceremony of Priscilla, the young victim who tragically lost her life in the recent fire incident at Dansoman.

The solemn gathering was marked by grief and reflection as family, officials, and community members came together to pay their final respects. Speaking at the ceremony, the MCE expressed deep sorrow over the painful loss and conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved mother and family, assuring them of the Assembly’s unwavering support during this difficult time.

He urged the family to find strength in the love and solidarity shown by the community, emphasizing that they are not alone in their mourning. He further called on residents to prioritize fire safety and vigilance to help prevent such heartbreaking tragedies.
