Nana Kay: ‘I Have a Strong Chance of Winning the NPP National Organizer Position’
NPP National Organizer hopeful Nana Kay says he has a strong chance of winning the party’s National Organizer position, citing his years of grassroots work and commitment to the party. Speaking on the ICADTV Ghana Nti Morning Show with host Nhyiraba Kwabena Asirifi, Nana Kay said the National Organizer position is not an office-based role but one that requires extensive grassroots engagement. “The National Organizer is not an office job. It requires serious grassroots work. The position needs a hardworking person who can move to the ground, engage the people and build the party from the grassroots.” Nana Kay said the NPP must work together to strengthen its structures, reconnect with supporters and reclaim lost seats ahead of the 2028 general elections. He also highlighted his contribution to the party’s electoral fortunes in the Bono Region, particularly the Jaman South parliamentary seat, which he described as a result of his years of hard work for the party. He said he has worked for the NPP since 2008 and believes his track record gives him the experience needed to serve as National Organizer.
